Why use a Remote Online Notary (RON) instead of a traditional notary public?

A remote online notary service can be a great option for those who cannot make it to a traditional notary pubic. Remote online notary services allow you to connect with a notary public remotely, giving you the flexibility to get documents notarized in a timely manner, no matter where you are. Remote online notaries are often more cost-effective than a traditional notary public and they can usually provide faster turnaround times. Plus, they offer an added layer of security and convenience that you don’t get with a traditional notary public.

Why use a remote online notary?

Using a remote online notary can help save you time and money. It is a convenient and secure way to notarize documents without having to physically meet with a notary. With remote online notarization, you can securely sign documents anywhere, anytime, without leaving your home or office. You no longer need to worry about finding a notary outside of normal business hours anymore.

When is a good time to use a remote online notary?

A remote online notary can be a great tool for notarizing documents from anywhere. It is especially useful when both parties to the document cannot be present in the same physical location. It is also a convenient option for those who are unable to leave their homes due to health reasons or are uncomfortable having a stranger come to their home. Remote online notaries can also be used to expedite the signing and notarization of documents, often on very short notice.

Remote Online Notary Overview

There are several reasons to conduct a Remote Online Notary. It could be the convenience of having your documents notarized in the comfort of your home or business. Perhaps you are off Island and prefer to use an experienced local notary, or it could be after hours and you need a quick notarization. Regardless of the reason, I will walk you through this stress-free experience.

You can have your documents notarized from anywhere you are, as long as I am physically in the State of Hawaii and City & County of Honolulu where I am commissioned.  In order to conduct a seamless notary, it is important to have a desktop, high-speed internet connection using Chrome or Firefox, web cam and microphone. The session will be recorded and securely stored for up to 10 years.

To get started, call or text me to set up an appointment date and time. Then email me the documents that need to be notarized in a PDF form. If you are having loan documents notarized, please have the Mortgage and Deed in a separate PDF so they can be properly recorded with the Bureau of Conveyance.  When it’s time for the session to begin you’ll receive an email to start the Remote Online Notary with simple step-by-step instructions.

And of course, don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
